Raul Lopez is an experienced leader with over 28 years of military leadership as a senior NCO, developing programs in attrition management, Training/Risk Management for units deploying overseas and law enforcement organizations use of training facilities at the NYARNG training site.
His position as Program Manager for Survivor Outreach Services at West Point, over 11 years of providing support to our Gold Star, and Blue Star Families.
His strengths in organizational management, resource management, financial management, provide in depth service to our military families.
Raul Lopez is recognized for his commitment to selfless service, honesty and customer focus. Raul’s experience as previous treasurer for an HOA, Children’s Lukemia Research Association, 42nd Rainbow Division Veteran Association and currently the Ramey AFB Historical Association will enhance the mission of the VRC.
Raul’s dedication to the delivery of mental health resources and resilience for veterans and their families, and the focus of Veterans Resiliency Coalition’s mission is unwavering.
