Lea is a seasoned leader with over 28 years of experience in federal law enforcement, having retired as a DEA Senior Special Agent and currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Twin Shields Consulting LLC.
With advanced degrees in Finance and Criminal Justice, Lea brings deep expertise in investigations, asset recovery, risk management, and organizational leadership. She is recognized for her commitment to integrity and service.
As Director of Development and Fundraising Chair for the Veterans Resiliency Coalition, Lea leads the organization’s fundraising strategy and donor engagement initiatives. She works closely with the board and staff to develop sustainable fundraising plans, identify and cultivate donor relationships, and ensure the Coalition’s financial stability.
Lea is dedicated to advancing mental health resources and resilience for veterans and their families, leveraging her professional expertise and passion for service to strengthen the Coalition’s impact and reach.
